Results Consulting Services
Results-based Strategic Planning: A strategic plan provides a road map of where an organization or community wants to be in the near future (3 years). The strategic planning process is a systemized approach in determining the direction of an organization or community. We work with organizations and communities to facilitate the development of a strategic plan through a retreat format that allows all levels of the organization to participate and minimizes the need for multiple meetings that can take time away from critical operations.
Facilitation: Through facilitation we can enhance your organization’s ability to plan and problem solve around key organizational issues. A skilled facilitator who is neutral and provides an external perspective can enhance a group’s ability to develop solutions and work as a team. We can provide facilitation for Boards, Management Teams and Work Teams in your organization or community.
Surveys: Surveys can be used to enhance a strategic planning process by providing key information to assess current conditions and past performance. Surveys can be customized for the organization in the areas of Customer/Employee Satisfaction and Needs/Assets Assessment.

Train-the-Trainer for Volunteer Consultants: The goal of Train-the-Trainer workshops is to prepare agency trainers to successfully conduct workshops and to provide technical assistance to agencies as they develop and implement their outcome measurement systems. The workshops can be customized to meet the needs of your trainers and can cover all three levels of training offered by Results Consulting. In addition, workshops cover content areas that will help the participants be successful trainers and consultants for the agencies. These content areas include: principles of adult learning and effective training, building a relationship with agencies, providing feedback to agencies on their outcome measurement systems, dealing with problems, and facilitating organizational change within the agencies.
Using Outcome Information in the Allocation Process: Results Consulting can work with funding organizations to develop strategies for how outcome measurement is used in the allocation process, as well as train allocation volunteers on how to evaluate outcome information.
